The apartment is on the 4th floor of an apartment building located on Obaid Hatim Road, opposite to the airport, facing south-east (the coolest direction in summer and away from the dust and noise of the road). It includes a sitting room, a dining hall, a kitchen, a master bedroom, a children`s/guest bedroom with 2 beds, a TV/living room (LCD TV and satelite dish included), 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. The apartment is fully furnished (see photos) and airconditioned. The kitchen contains essential appliances and utensils.

The building has two elevators and also an outside emergency staircase, and employs a watchman and staff responsible for cleaning common areas. There is a large parking area in front of the building. Please note that there is no generator and no possibility at present to install one.

Convenient rental terms for expats:- no large advances, no annual rent increases, no agent`s fee. Monthly rent - US$ 500 - to be paid month by month, at the beginning of each month. One-month refundable security deposit collected at the signing of the contract and returned to the tenant at the end of the tenancy, provided nothing is damaged or broken (otherwise, only the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted and the balance returned).
